The UEFI implementation on a Mac actually does support those special boot entries, so the first time you install Windows it will boot from the "intended" primary copy of the Windows Boot Manager. The primary copy of the Windows Boot Manager actually lives over in /EFI/Microsoft/boot/bootmgfw.efi, but the Windows installer makes that second copy as a backup so you can still boot if the UEFI entry for Windows Boot Manager gets damaged or deleted. Technically, that folder contains the "standard" EFI bootloader, /EFI/Boot/boot圆4.efi.
